CMDS is Looking for a Technical Research Specialist

(note: This is a full time on-site position based in Colts Neck, NJ and will only be awarded to the most qualified candidate).

As a Technical Research Specialist at CMDS, your responsibility is to research topics related, but not limited to marketing concepts, theory, strategy, tactics, and more. You will be providing summarization of your findings in report format for our team to use in creating programs, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and more. 

About You!

The CMDS Technical Research Specialist will approach each day differently based on client/project needs. You will be responsible for the following items:

• Concepting, creating, and managing research projects
• Gather information and content for educational platforms
• Organize and present all research and information into a nice neat package for easy execution to various audiences and platforms
• Be able to multitask
• Experience with content and script writing a plus
• Conceive, manage and execute original and meticulous research
• Meet and exceed multiple deadlines
• Perform due diligence on marketing analytics when applicable
• Research new talent for the agency when possible

Position Requirements:

Above and beyond the aforementioned requirements, the successful candidate will:

• Proven expertise in a research field and capacity
• Be able to work on-site in Colts Neck NJ and have reliable transportation available
• Think logically, critically, and strategically and have a great sense of business
• Be willing to go above and beyond in order to prove success for research initiatives

Additional requirements will include:

• Report generation and analysis
• Proficiency on either a PC or Mac
• Creative, outside-the-box thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Recruitment acumen (where to source, how to acquire, etc) a plus!
• Willingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlines
• Able to work on-site Monday-Thursday in our Colts Neck office

COMPENSATION

We’ll pay for 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays as well as give you a great place to grow. We believe in work-life balance so our hours are Monday to Thursday, 8-6 with every Friday off!

Salary: $55,000 per year.
