The plan was to design a fast user and mobile-friendly website that reflected the company's brand and allowed internal teams to seamlessly manage their inventory. CMDS also had to align the project with the client's predetermined budget and timeline, so strategic planning and open communication were essential from the start.

To make content input easier, CMDS worked with the Astrorents team using collaborative Excel spreadsheets to allocate machines to the correct categories—having a clearly defined backend structure and easy-to-use frontend functionality.
