Paid Search + Social Strategist (Adwords, Bing and Facebook)

As our In HOUSE Paid Search and Social Strategist at CMDS, your primary responsibility is to drive paid social and search strategy for both current clients and the agency. You will be accountable for increasing paid spend, pitching paid to prospects, and providing generous results for our clients.

We aim to be a consultative partner to our clients, which means that you’re not only focused on helping them reach their initial goals, but also figuring out ways to proactively expand their brand and increase their overall success through paid avenues such as Google Adwords, Bing and Facebook advertising.

Here’s what you can expect to do as our Paid Search Account Strategist at CMDS:

Most of your time will be spent focused on our current clients ppc accounts. You will work independently and with our team to build, pitch, and execute paid strategies and increase paid spend across all our clients. Reporting and analysis is also a large part of this position. Weekly calls with our team at Google, client calls and internal and external meetings are part of the responsibility. Our environment is fast-paced and high pressure. If you can’t organize yourself efficiently with attention to detail, a career at CMDS is not for you.

This is what we’re looking for in qualified candidates:

  • Minimum 3-years hands on experience managing PPC campaigns and leading client communication for a variety of client levels with at least half of that time focused on paid social management and strategy
  • Strong preference for experience within an agency setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency of paid search platforms, with a mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor, Google Adwords manager and Bing.
  • High level with Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organization
  • Possess keen critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to consistently hit deadlines
  • Proven lifelong learner who stays up to date with paid social trends and best practices
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Compensation

We’ll pay for approximately 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays and EVERY Friday off as well as give you a great place to advance your career. Salary offers range ($45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year) based on experience.
